MindWake advertises a 60-day satisfaction policy, but the brand's own pages describe different specific terms.
The documented conflicts
Read before ordering: the Refund Policy and Shipping Policy count the 60 days from your order date; the Terms of Service counts from your delivery date. The Refund Policy requires bottles returned empty or unopened; the Shipping Policy allows empty, full, or partially full bottles. The Refund Policy describes an unspecified no-return partial refund; the Terms of Service specifies 30–40%, with a possible processing fee up to 20% and non-refundable shipping.
How to request a refund
Email support with a “Refund Request” subject line and your order number. Ship any returned bottles within 7 calendar days of receiving return instructions, using a trackable method, and include your order details inside the package. You are responsible for return shipping unless the wrong or a damaged item was sent.
